Hi There,

My name is Lola and I am the Founder, lead workshop facilitator and chief storyteller at Impact Street.

I started Impact Street to help professionals avoid the frustration and confusion I experienced in my career change journey.

After 4 hard years of navigating the career change journey, I have learnt four main lessons:

  1. The journey to a fulfilling work life first starts with an internal journey towards personal growth and self awareness.

  2. There is no one size fits all. A work life that works for someone else does not mean it will work for you.

  3. You don’t have to choose just one thing.

  4. Money is a natural by product and it will come if you’re properly inspired and have spent time designing your ideal work life based on some fundamental principles unique to you.

Life is too short to spend 37+ hours doing work we are not excited about.

I went through these four phases in my journey to creating a fulfilling work life that works for me. Thankfully, I have now discovered my life’s work (works), have a clarity of vision and destination with a strategy I am implementing.

If you are ready to create your own version of a deeply fulfilling work life, I can help you.

”I had the honour of working with Lola on our new graduate training programme called Elevate. Lola was an amazing facilitator who helped the graduates understand the importance of designing the work you love and preparing for the working world / culture. The graduates spoke very highly of Lola’s training workshop and complimented her wealth of knowledge & experience in the subject matter. We are looking forward to working with Lola again soon!”
